Residential Resources is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our growing company in the Westbrook and greater Westbrook Maine areas. This position includes residential and community support working with an adult affected by Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Responsibilities may include supporting individuals with activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care support. Experience is not required; we welcome applicants who are new to the field and excited to make someone’s life better!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- For positions that require driving, you must be at least 21 years old and have been a licensed driver for at least 3 years.
