Residential Resources is looking for a Group Home Supervisor to join our team in Londonderry, NH overseeing a home in Sandown, NH. We are looking for a manager with experience providing direct care in this or a related human services field.

This home is a three-person home supporting two adult men and one woman all of which have been effected by Traumatic Brain Injuries. All three individuals require varied levels of support with their activities of daily living, including personal care supports.

We have a wonderful mix of staff, both new and those that have worked with the folks in the home for years.  As the manager you would directly supervise this team.

The applicant would be responsible for monitoring the clinical, philosophical and fiscal needs of the individuals in their home. This person should have an eye for detail, organization and timelines.   This is a salaried position that includes providing direct care support within the assigned home as well as being on the on call rotation.

We are looking for someone who is interested in helping individuals have all the opportunity and advantages that come along with spending time in their communities!

Requirements:

At least three years experience as a licensed driver and have an acceptable driving history
Must have an acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
Direct Care Experience required (in this field or others).
