House Manager (Gorham, ME; Westbrook, ME)
We are hiring a Residential Home / Program Manager in the Greater Westbrook, Maine area!
The ideal candidate is a team player with experience providing direct care to individuals with ID/DD or a related human services field. They are creative advocates motivated to ensure that the individuals we support live the lives they choose to live.
The manager is responsible for monitoring the quality of services in the assigned homes and supervising staff, as applicable. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are necessary for success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years experience as a licensed driver and an acceptable driving history
