Direct Support Professional - Float (female DSP) (Westbrook, ME)

Residential Resources is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional to fill a full-time float position. As a float, you will be trained to work with multiple individuals/programs in the greater Westbrook Area.
We are specifically looking for a female float as there are multiple homes that we provide support to in which the individuals respectfully request only female applicants apply (due to their personal care needs).
You will be provided considerable training and support in this position with very regular contact with your supervisor. Levels of support vary in each home but most require some supports in general activities of daily living, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
We will work with you to accommodate your needs/schedule as you work with us. The pay rate for this position is $18.50 per hour, as well as opportunities for overtime.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- For positions that require driving, you must be at least 21 years old and have been a licensed driver for at least 3 years.
