Residential Resources is looking for an experienced and creative Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team as a “float”. As a float, you will be trained to support multiple residential programs across an array of different shifts. We have homes in Gorham, Saco, Scarborough, and Westbrook. Most homes only have two residents. Based on the range of needs and independence levels for our residents, DSP experience of one year or more is required.

The ideal candidate needs to have open availability in order to support the agency’s scheduling needs. If desired, float employees are guaranteed two consecutive days off per week, and one weekend off per month. Employees are guaranteed 40 hours a week and can request overtime as it becomes available.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Requirements:
  • Must have 3 or more years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
  • Must have an acceptable criminal background check.
  • Previous experience of 1 or more years as a DSP.
