Residential Resources, Inc. is looking for an HR Benefits Coordinator to add to our Human Resources (HR) team in our Keene or Londonderry, NH office. Our HR department supports over 500 employees in NH, NY, and ME.
The HR Benefits Coordinator works closely with our employees to answer questions and support them with their benefits. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. They will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:30a-5p (40 hours/week), some flexibility available.
- Hybrid options may be considered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits set-up, enrollment, and administration in our HRIS
- Administers the open enrollment process
- Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility
- Responds to benefits inquiries from employees
- Administers, enrolls, and terminates COBRA as necessary
- Processes and administers all leave of absence requests, pay, and disability paperwork
- Effectively administers 401(k) retirement plan
- Processes payroll changes that affect an employee’s benefit status as needed
- Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met
- Reconciles invoices and payments
- Special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize while maintaining flexibility
- Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with an HRIS system
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in HR or related field (experience may be substituted)
- Two years of experience in benefits administration
