Residential Resources, Inc. is looking for a full-time, salaried Program Manager in Londonderry, NH.

This manager directly oversees an Enhanced Family Care (EFC)/Shared Living caseload of approximately 10 homes where individual(s) reside with a contracted home care provider. We are looking for a manager with experience in the developmental/intellectual disability field who understands the challenges and rewards of this work.

Potential applicants should have an eye for detail, organization, and timeliness. They should be able to interpret regulations and ensure ongoing compliance in the homes on their caseload through home visits and ongoing communication with providers.

Experience with statewide certification, residential program oversight is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
