We are looking for a seasoned DSP who enjoys the change and flexibility of being a Float DSP. Residential Resources provides support to individuals who live in our multiple 24/7 staffed homes in the the Greater Keene Area (Keene, Winchester, Marlborough). Each home supports 1-2 individuals, both male and female.

All of these homes are a little bit different in terms of support needs. However, all individuals in these homes require assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as medication administration, personal care needs, etc.
The float position is full time. Your schedule will be set one month in advance, taking into consideration your needs and preferences. We ask that Floats work either one weekend day per week or two weekend days every other weekend. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities if desired. We will also consider part time Float DSPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
Acceptable criminal history and other background checks
