Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Supervise: Lead a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care.
Direct Care: Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Medication Administration: Manage and administer medications accurately and safely.
Grocery Shopping: Handle grocery shopping and ensure the residence is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support as needed.
Documentation Collection and Review: Collect and review documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative environment, working closely with other team members and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a DSP.
At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to manage and administer medications.
