Weekend Float DSP Opportunity – Keene, NH Area

Residential Resources is seeking weekend float Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes across the greater Keene area.

A float DSP is a Direct Support Professional who is trained at multiple homes and is able to work with a variety of individuals.

Most of our homes are individualized (1 resident supported by 1 DSP).  Everyone we support has different needs which can range from assisting with meals, personal care needs, and medication administration to social and community engagement.  We are looking for DSPs who are looking to build connections with the individuals they work with and make a positive difference in their lives.

Requirements:
•    Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
•    Acceptable criminal and background checks
•    Experience with ADLs and personal care preferred (training available)

Schedule:
•    Part-time weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday)
•    Float position with flexibility across homes and shifts
