We’re currently seeking Relief/Per Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in one of our four 24/7 staffed homes located in the greater Keene area serving both male and female individuals with diverse support needs.

About the Role:
As a Relief DSP, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of choosing shifts that fit your schedule while gaining experience in multiple homes. Each home supports 2–3 individuals, creating a close-knit and personalized care environment. You’ll assist with:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication administration
Personal care
Community engagement and enrichment activities

Compensation:

$17.00-$20.00/hour

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
Ability to pass criminal and background checks
