Residential Resources, Inc.- Residential DSP Float- Full time/Part time (Keene, NH)

Residential Resources is looking for dedicated, compassionate people to work in our staffed residences in the Keene/Greater Keene area.

We are looking for "out of the box" thinkers who can be creative while working with someone. Perhaps someone who enjoys menu planning/cooking, or reorganizing/decorating, arts and crafts enthusiasts, or even a movie/music buff. It is important that we continue to support meaningful and enriched lives, so someone that can bring some excitement to the table would be very much appreciated.

Residential Resources supports individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Each of our homes support 1 or 2 individuals within their home. The individuals all require supports in the areas of medication administration, household supports like cooking cleaning, and personal care supports. You do not need to have any experience working in our homes, we are happy to train the right candidates!

This float position enjoys the flexibility to assist in building your own schedule each month and receives a competitive wage. We work around your schedule with a variety of day, weekend, evening and overnights shifts.

We are looking for Full time and Part time DSP Floats.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have at least three years of experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
Must have an acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
