Residential Resources is seeking a Program Supervisor to join our staffed residence team in Winchester, NH. This supervisor oversees the services and supports provided in a two-person (female) home.
We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and understands that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. This is a great opportunity for a current Direct Support Professional (DSP) with some supervisory experience to move towards a management role!
As a Program Supervisor you will support the current DSPs working in this home and welcome and train new DSPs. You will spend time providing direct care as well as time performing management duties like grocery shopping, documentation collection/review, and medication management. Ultimately the supervisor ensures the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported.
This home supports two very engaging women who have been living together for some time. They prefer support staff who are interested in participating in activities in their home as well as spending time in their local community. They both need support with personal care support, food preparation, and medication administration.
