Residential Resources is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager in the Keene, NH, area. This role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing direct care and overseeing one or more staffed residences. Managers also participate in the on-call rotation and cover additional direct care shifts, as needed.
Some responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of each individual
- Providing leadership, coaching, and supervision to DSPs.
- Monitoring clinical supports, behavioral plans, and medication administration
- Maintaining compliance and documentation
- Supporting scheduling, payroll, and program budgeting
- Facilitating team meetings
- Building strong relationships with clear, consistent communication.
We are looking for a team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of dignity, choice, and independence. The ideal candidate also has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $45,000 - 50,000

Requirements:
- Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience in the field (or a related field) is preferred.
- Must have at least 3 years of driving experience as a licensed driver.
- Acceptable criminal and background checks required.
