ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide anticipatory service for guests and co-workers alike. Express warm and genuine thanks.
Accommodate guest requests and respond with knowledge to requests for information and directions.
Public Safety Ambassadors assist in providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and our fellow Ambassadors alike.
Public Safety Ambassadors are responsible for securing the property with proactive patrols in public areas, Hotel, non-public areas, parking lots and property perimeter checks.
Maintain department integrity and confidentiality.
Must be able to remain calm under pressure while responding to property wide incidents including life threatening or asset involving issues and render immediate assistance.
Documents all incidents in daily logs and reports as necessary.
Liaises with Public Service Agencies (Police/ Fire/ Ems) establishing rapport and contacts that will benefit both parties.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Renaissance Leadership.
