Sales & Business Development Representative Details
We, here at Georgia Stone Products, are seeking an experienced, sales minded, customer service orientated, self-motivated Sales & Business Development Representative. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining existing business relationships and accounts in the heavy civil, ready mix, and asphalt areas supporting our new acquired Ocala Quarry’s market, growth, and development. In addition, responsibility for generating and developing new business, from small to large accounts and everything in between.  As quality service is a staple focus for our business, we are seeking a team member that will take pride in our customers experience, while also building relationships within our current team.  

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pricing management
  • Overall Quality Control
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Managing large scale projects
  • Dispatching trucks and deliveries
  • Managing both small and large accounts
  • Problem solving and customer resolutions
  • Building and growing current opportunities
  • Account maintenance to include collections
  • Prospecting potential new business opportunities
  • Providing, understanding and presenting Sales Analysis / Reporting
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain an overall smooth and efficient operation, or as requested or directed from time to time by management team
REQUIREMENTS  
  • Minimum 5 years industry or related field sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Self-driven and competitive individual
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships and gain customer's respect quickly
  • Some overnight travel required

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD
  • 4-year College Degree
  • Previous Aggregates Industry experience
