About this role

As a motivated Business Development Specialist, you can directly influence sales success and company growth and enjoy a competitive compensation plus commissions.  Whether you are developing key prospects, following up on marketing campaigns, or tracking and measuring your outreach results, you will play a vital role in the success and growth of our Company.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing and sales to identify and nurture marketing qualified leads
  • Create and carry out automated marketing campaigns to lead prospects through funnel
  • Build relevance and relationships with new business prospects via multiple channels including email, phone, social media and events when appropriate
  • Maintain high volume of daily prospecting activity to identify leads and convert to opportunities
  • Effectively transition qualified leads and opportunities to sales executives, and ensure timely follow-up & data entry in our internal CRM and MA platform
  • Source net new targets, build prospecting networks and develop partner relationships that provide business opportunities
  • Acquire referrals and promote agency via industry and community events, social and word-of-mouth, etc.
  • Meet or exceed defined lead, opportunity and career progression goals with built-in bonuses and incentives for meeting targets
  • Develop ongoing digital technology and marketing acumen. Keep up-to-date by completing industry certifications, staying on top of trends and representing SilverTech as a thought leader.

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant digital technology or marketing sales experience
  • Knowledge and interest in digital services/solutions and long-term sales career growth
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrate sales aptitude and holds self to high standards
  • Strong desire for results as this is a base compensation plus incentives position
