We are looking for assistant servers who have what it takes to deliver service at the ultra-luxury level. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of high quality food and beverage service including wines as well as a passion for creating fine dining experiences. Candidates should also be able to understand the art of selling in a manner that is both eloquent and refined. Prior experience in a fine dining establishment is highly desired.
