Education, Experience, and/or Prerequisites Required:
Enrolled in Bachelors’ or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, business administration or business management, or (2) years of field related experience in the commercial/industrial electrical industry.

- Assisting with planning, scheduling, document management, safety, quality control, forecasting, and projections for assigned projects while working with the Project Management team
- Participating in quantity take-offs, quote preparation, bid reviews, and handoff meetings while working with the Estimating department.
- Gaining exposure to our complete safety program including Pre-Task plans, Toolbox talks, and Near miss reporting, planning, and laying out work, blueprint reading, managing crews, and general electrical installation while working with the Field department.

- Monitor work practices and ensure standards for production and quality of company projects are met.
- Coordinating the material requirements of site projects with appropriate authorities and ensuring timely delivery that meets client requirements.
- Providing estimates for projects and change orders as required to meet company schedules.
- Assisting in the planning, organizing, and scheduling of project management activities such as budgeting, purchasing, profit projection, change order processing, scheduling with field and customer personnel, and document control.
- Attending job-planning and progress meetings as required.
- Maintaining positive relationships with others in the organization by fostering a positive work climate.
- Occasional travel to jobsites, divisions, other SEC offices or other locations to perform functions.
- May be assigned to work full-time on a jobsite.
- Supporting and administering Office Administrative functions as directed by appropriate authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
