The Position:
The Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KansasCOM) invites applications for a faculty appointment in the Department of Integrated Biomedical Sciences. Qualified applicants with experience in teaching physiology/pathophysiology to medical students are sought for an open rank faculty position. This position has no associated clinical duties, and KansasCOM can be flexible regarding appointment (full-time or part-time), and will consider remote, online instruction for an applicant with demonstrated excellence and commitment to teaching Physiology.

The successful candidate must possess a terminal degree (PhD, MD, DO, or other), in physiology or a related discipline, and should have demonstrated experience in teaching these subjects. This position will function as a member of a collaborative educational team that develops and delivers the physiology/pathophysiology content across an integrated, educational program. The College is strengthening its scholarly activity involvement, broadly defined as including: basic science (bench), translational, clinical, educational, public health/epidemiologic, or other scholarly endeavors.
