Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
The Position:
This position provides an opportunity for an experienced radiography educator or clinical education leader to guide a well-established, JRCERT-accredited program, supported by institutional leadership, established clinical partnerships, and an engaged advisory committee. The Program Director plays a key leadership role in ensuring program quality, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring students and faculty and supporting the next generation of radiologic technologists. This is a 12-month, full-time appointment.
Instructional responsibilities are intentionally balanced with administrative and accreditation duties to ensure adequate time and support for program leadership and to continually meet JRCERT accreditation requirements.

The Program Director is directly responsible and accountable for ensuring program quality, compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, and alignment with institutional mission and workforce needs. Instructional responsibilities are assigned in accordance with the Program Director's administrative scope of work. This position provides instruction, clinical and laboratory supervision, academic advising, student support, and overall program leadership and administration. The Radiography Technology Program is accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
