The Position:
The University of Wyoming invites nominations and applications for the position of
Dean of the University of Wyoming at Casper. UW Casper seeks an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader to advance UW’s mission in Central Wyoming through high-quality academic programming, strong community partnerships, and student-centered innovation.

The Dean of UW Casper will report directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer of the branch campus and as University of Wyoming’s (UW) senior representative in the Casper region.

The Dean provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the campus, including academic program delivery, enrollment strategy, fiscal management, personnel oversight, student services coordination, development, and community engagement.

In summary, the Dean serves as:
  • A member of the Provost’s leadership team
  • UW’s primary liaison to Casper College leadership
  • A strategic partner to UW deans, vice provosts, and academic units
  • A visible representative of the University in central Wyoming

The Dean will advance UW Casper as a model of university–community college partnership, student success innovation, and regional workforce engagement.
