Associate Contracts Administrator

Full Time Position

Sealing Technologies, Inc. is a veteran owned small business (VOSB) that provides knowledge and expertise in advanced cybersecurity technologies, techniques and trainings to the federal government, most notably, the Department of Defense.
Sealing Technologies Inc. is looking for an Associate Contracts Administrator to join the team!  This position will assist the Contracts Manager in the full-cycle coordination of incoming and existing government contracts, and work out of the company's corporate headquarters, based in Columbia, MD. 

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
  • Organizing and maintaining contracts database;
  • Reviewing contracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs;
  • Identifying relevant clauses in the agreement(s);
  • Assisting with proposal planning and the administration of contracts,
  • Preparing related documents and amendments, negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, and supporting negotiation performed by account managers.
  • Maintaining files for each contract and all correspondence, amendments, clarifications, and other information related to the contract.
  • Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate policy.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in contracting and procurement, preference will be given to candidates with federal contracting experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal experience
