Supply Chain Clerk 

Are you a master of organization and love making sure every detail of a project is perfect? Can you create and maintain vendor relationships? Can you work with a diverse team to make an amazing new product? If you answered YES to those questions, we want to speak with you! 

SealingTech is looking for an organized, meticulous individual to help us organize an internal Network Engineering program. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Work with multiple vendors to organize delivery of computer components 
  • Build quotes and develop product pricing
  • Calculate margins
  • Work with vendors to understand pricing on multiple projects
  • Understand how to price products and services
  • Organize weekly pricing updates from vendors
  • Work close with Product Manager on current and upcoming projects
  • Track parts arrivals from vendors
  • Keep production team updated on receiving dates
  • Control Inventory
  • Work with vendors on parts received damaged or missing
  • Manage Customer Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Be a team player
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team
  • Self-starter who shows initiative
  • Control and regular audits of inventory
  • Communicate with Product Manager any delays or points of concern
Basic Qualifications:
  • Excel Proficiency 
  • Experience with MS Office 365
  • Strong phone skills
  • 1+ years of experience in customer relations
  • 2+ years of logistics experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to industry days and other events 
  • HS diploma

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • DoD/Military/Government contracting experience
  • Basic Network Engineering skills 
  • Coursework in Cybersecurity or other aspects of IT
  • Experience generating quotes for products
  • Understanding/Experience with pricing of products
  • Experience processing returns and damaged goods
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
