SealingTech is a recognized industry leader in Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) services. We provide leadership and assistance with the design, development, deployment, and analysis of systems that support safe information sharing. We’re looking for a Project Manager with a background in CDS to help us continue to exceed our customers needs and grow our CDS services. The ideal candidate has experience with Raise the Bar (RTB), taking solutions through Lab Based Security Assessment (LBSA) and Site Based Security Assessment (SBSA), and working with the National Cross Domain Strategy & Management Office (NCDSMO).

Overview of Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end definition, development and management of SealingTech’s CDS Services. You will drive the strategy and develop a roadmap for our CDS Services. It is an opportunity for a motivated and results oriented individual to prove their abilities and cultivate success. You will drive innovation within SealingTech by evaluating, optimizing, and creating a 360-degree approach to how we improve solutions and ultimately raise our CDS services sales. A few of your daily tasks would include working with the development team on agile processes including sprints, epics, closeouts and release processes. You will be an invaluable contributor within the Services team. We only want to hear from you if you are ready to rise to the occasion.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and functional requirements in collaboration with internal and external (customer) stakeholders and business partners
  • Ensure all project activities, across both the technical and business perspectives, are completed 
  • Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with appropriate stakeholders to address the items on a timely basis and communicate updates to them as needed
  • Maintain accurate program estimates, timelines, work plans, status reports
  • Design and implement processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks, and quality
  • Facilitate team and customer communications regularly
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to our customer
  • Assist with proposal writing and business development as needed
  • Conduct research on program initiatives as needed
  • Oversee sub-contractors that are a part of the SealingTech’s team  

Qualifications:
  • Experience with the National Cross-Domain Strategy and Management Office (NCDSMO)
  • Experience with Lab Based Security Assessment (LBSA)
  • Experience managing development of products to meet the Raise The Bar (RTB) requirements
  • Agile certified product manager
  • Ability to obtain a clearance
