Role Summary
Join the Stanly Ranch team as the Banquet Houseman to add to the story of Auberge. As the Banquet Houseman it will be your role to provide exceptional service to all our guests, Homeowners and partners.
Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Anticipate guest needs and create a strong guest relationship.
- Prior experience setting up Banquet events.

Calm - able to give assistance to guests and fellow associates in an upbeat atmosphere with a smile and patient attitude.
- Knowledge of various room set-ups and standard equipment involved.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques.

Ability to follow instructions and/or direction by the management and or by fellow associates.

Ability to project self in a professional manner.

Must be self-motivated and result oriented.
- Ensure constant organization and cleanliness of both the front of house and heart of house.
Required Qualifications

Must have Banquet Houseperson experience.

Needs to have previous hospitality experience.

Education: Have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be fluent in English. Some Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous banquet experience is required.
- Must have Food Handler’s certification and TIP’s certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
