As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you are responsible for preparing orders for shipping & ensuring our customers enjoy the WOW factor when receiving their order. Your role is essential to the client experience.
You'll be responsible for shipping daily orders for Ecommerce fulfillment. You need to be detail-oriented, well-organized, work quickly, be agile, and proactively problem solve. You will use systems such as Commerce Hub for generating shipment labels, and work with our team to ensure proper inventory is shipped and delivered.

What You Need for this Position: We're looking for a savvy, well-organized, proactive & creative person who can take ownership of Ecommerce Order Fulfillment. You must be comfortable working in a primarily warehouse environment and have experience with UPS, EDI systems, order fulfillment, & Inventory Management.

Essential Functions include:
  • Fulfillment of daily orders including generating shipping labels, picking merchandise, labeling boxes & shipping orders
  • You will monitor open orders, intervening as necessary to correct problems and ensure that customers receive appropriate product
  • The ideal candidate will draw on industry knowledge, experience and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with amicable solutions
  • Expedite aged orders to improve the Speed-to Ship to our customers
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority
  •  Participating in other warehouse support functions as needed
  • Prepare orders according to company standards
  • Performs cycle counting and reconcile problems within the operation
  • Communicate order & inventory issues to Manager
  • Inputs and creates reports/documents for their functional area to keep track of product movement
  • Ensure quality, delivery and other objectives are met
  • Manage returned material inventory and repackaging when necessary
  • Perform all duties in accordance with environmental and safety rules and regulations

Skills needed to be successful:
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  •  Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • MS Office, UPS, and EDI experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management
  • Strong problem solving & independent decision-making skills
  • Proactive in identifying potential order problems and finding resolutions
  • Must be comfortable using a computer to generate shipping labels
  • Assist and satisfy the needs of our customers
  • Be proficient in handheld devices, POS and MPOS systems including Search and Send and BOPS
  • Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed
  • Perform all functions in an efficient manner
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Safely operate a forklift
  • Knowledge of shipping and transportation methods and rates
  • Experienced in picking and packing orders

Monday- Friday (7:00 am-3:30pm)
