As a recruiter at  Recruiting Assistant you will be working directly with corporate recruiter. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the organization by finding the most qualified talent with the skills and passion to succeed.  You will handle full cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interview process and assisting in onboarding.  

Job duties include but not limited to:
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process
  • Maintains applicant tracking system
  • Ensure all I-9 forms are completed and accurate for all employees
Requirements:
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Must be experienced with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
