Position Overview 
TDA is looking for an Integrated Producer to lead the execution of projects from kick-off through post production for projects of all sizes. He or she owns the process, inception to completion, including participation in budget determination, creation of project schedules, managing resources for deliverables, raising red flags as issues arise and overseeing the approval process. He/she has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all print/digital/packaging/video functions and art buying, and knows what it takes creatively to develop projects (project steps, capabilities, technologies, creative responsibilities and skills). He/she utilizes this knowledge in working with the appropriate resources and in interfacing with core teams.

Responsibilities 


General:
·       Manage the financial tracking process for the project (create job status report, attend accounting meetings, maintain the hard cost estimate, flag overages, identify delays that may affect budget, develop and maintain estimates and purchase orders etc.)
·       Maintain relationships with current vendors and interview and qualify new vendors across various applications, including researching new artists and trends worldwide for all mediums
Print/ Packaging/Promotions:
·       Determine the most effective printing applications & techniques across multiple sized projects
·       Work with outside print vendors to get competitive print bids, retouching, proofs and pub release  

Art Producer:
·       Execute photoshoots while managing budgetary constraints, time schedules and basic legal issues
·       Source stock photography and track usage
·       Hire illustrators and designers
Digital:
·       Manage HTML5 developers and art directors in facilitating banner creation
·       Work with media vendors for campaign media buys which require partnerships (co-branded banners, page takeovers, compass units, etc.)
·       Oversee website development from wireframes to design   
Video/Radio:
·       Bid out scripts with multiple directors and production houses, determine budgets and negotiate
·       Traffic final videos both internally and externally (knowledge of ISCI codes)
·       Coordinate casting, VO translations and radio records with local Denver vendors
Project Management:
·       Mange project workflows from job award to casting, shoot, and post-production, including schedules + client approvals with external vendors
·       Project manage multiple sized projects of various mediums at TDA
·       Work directly with TDA’s studio to ensure projects are being done on time and within budget
 
Requirements
·       2+ years agency experience
·       Bachelor’s Degree
·       Solid understanding of packaging, digital, print, radio and video projects
·       Experience working with Google Docs, Advantage & ProofHQ a plus
·       Understand how to assemble and manage budgets and schedules with multiple dependencies
·       Possess a “whatever it takes/all hands on deck” attitude, along with a strong work ethic
·       Be comfortable managing and influencing people who are not direct reports, as well as director-level personnel
·       Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities
·       Excellent multitasking, negotiation and problem-solving skills
·       Be highly adaptable and able to anticipate issues and needs before they arise and take the necessary steps to alleviate them
