What’s the role?

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via telephone, chat, and email. They will foster a customer centric culture as they identify customer-facing issues and implement dynamic solutions to solve them. They will be responsible for representing The Wellness Company’s mission and vision by executing on deliverables set to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Here's what could be included in a typical day:
  • Responsible for responding timely for prompt customer service solutions
  • Answer order related questions, concerns, or issues via chat phone calls and email
  • Handle updates to members accounts, such as adding/editing basic information
  • Ensure clean and accurate data reporting to senior leadership using applicable software systems
  • Resolve bottlenecks in turnaround time for orders by completing email responses
  • Resolve technical issues with customer's online accounts
  • Manage customer subscriptions while ensuring superb customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for employee individual development plans, performance reviews, and goal setting processes
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years in a customer service role required
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Technically savvy and quickly able to learn and navigate new software
  • Familiar with Windows-based applications
  • Must possess and be comfortable operating cellphone and laptop
  • Team-oriented, customer service-focused and able to identify process improvements
  • Advanced verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to express empathy and professionalism
  • Responsive, reliable, and able to express assurance/confidence
