What’s the job? 

We are looking for a values-aligned, tenacious VP of Marketing who can leverage both their love for personal wellness and marketing expertise to drive our brand’s growth. The VP of Marketing will set the pace and raise the bar for our marketing team’s performance. This job will be a remote/hybrid role and the ideal candidate will reside in Palm Beach / Broward Counties, Florida.

Responsibilities: 

•    Define and maintain marketing campaign calendars
•    Track and maintain a 3.0 ROAS by channel, campaign, and partner
•    Manage the monthly marketing budget  
•    Lead a team responsible for email, social media, digital ads, and content generation
•    Execute email and SMS strategies using segmentation 
•    Oversee social media execution and mature the brand voice to grow accounts across X, FB, IG, and Tiktok. 
•    Direct the content team and ensure high-quality written, graphic, and video content is delivered against defined schedules of our ad partners and affiliates. 
•    Work directly with our VP of Partnerships to understand and create campaigns for creators, advertisers, and audiences. 
•    Support marketing and content needs of the Retail and other online channels as needed.
•    Ensure website copy and design is best-in-class, measured by conversion.  
•    Be a team player who is willing to step into other areas of our small business as needed. 

Qualifications: 

•    Bachelor's degree in business. MBA preferred.  
•    10+ years relevant experience.
•    Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably within the health or beauty industry. 
•    Demonstrable experience leading and developing SEO/SEM, compelling content, email, social media and/or multi-channel advertising campaigns. 
•    Team and budget management experience required. 
•    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 
•    Experience in optimizing landing pages and customer funnels. 
•    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. 
•    Solid knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords, Omnisend, Recart, Shopify, etc.). 
•    Working knowledge of ad serving tools and setting up PPC campaigns
