What’s the job? 

We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Manager who can leverage both their love for personal wellness and network to drive our brand’s growth. The Affiliate & Partnership Manager will actively hunt new relationships with content creators, influences, and media partners. After closing deals, the Manager will ensure that the partners have all content, copy, and coaching needed to be successful. Responsibilities:  
•    Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners who align with the company’s brand values and target audience. They actively recruit and onboard new affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources, guidelines, and support to effectively promote the company’s offerings. 
•    Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with affiliates is paramount. Affiliate managers regularly communicate with affiliates, addressing their queries, offering guidance, and building rapport. Affiliate managers may work with affiliates on a 1-1 basis to train, coach, and receive feedback from affiliates, as well as in group settings. 
•    Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns is vital for measuring success. Affiliate managers monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated. By identifying trends and opportunities, they optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and provide affiliates with data-driven insights to improve their performance. 
•    Performance Incentives and Rewards: To motivate affiliates and incentivize exceptional performance, affiliate managers implement reward structures such as tiered commission rates, bonuses, and exclusive promotions. By recognizing and rewarding top-performing affiliates, they encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships. 

Qualifications:

•    2+ years working with brand partners and affiliates required
•    Bachelor’s degree required 
•    Experience in marketing, business, or sales in the e-commerce space 
•    Fluent in social media best-practices
•    Familiar with Office-based applications 
•    Must possess and be comfortable operating cellphone and laptop 
•    Intermediate Copywriting skills 
•    Basic Graphic design and brand development a plus 
•    Advanced verbal/written communication skills 
•    Responsive, reliable, and able to express assurance/confidence 
•    Experience working in a startup environment is a plus 
  
This position has a base salary + commission 

Location: Palm Beach / Broward Counties, Florida
