As a Customer Success Associate, you will:
- Act as an advocate between clients and the company.
- Identify a need for upselling and cross-selling payments or other add on products.
- Contact and follow up with customers to meet revenue renewal objectives.
- Enter information into customer success tools and databases.
- Implement projects, procedures and customer touchpoints to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the customer lifecycle and journey; including touch points, early signals of at-risk renewals, email outreach, and opportunities for upsell of existing or cross sell products.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Prior experience cultivating positive, long lasting, working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Understanding of customer service tools and processes.
- Prefer experience working with customer databases and CRMs.
- Experience working with a customer success platform preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills, and good voice quality and tone.
