You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they are set up for success. The Client Onboarding Specialist is a key role responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients by guiding them through the website and SaaS onboarding process and helping them get the most out of our product offerings. This position requires a blend of technical or design skills (particularly WordPress and website development/design) and customer service experience to ensure clients receive an exceptional onboarding experience and ongoing support.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their trusted guide throughout their journey with ProfitSolv.
- Serve as a key point of contact, managing client conversations across support channels to ensure smooth, timely responses.
- Gather and share valuable client feedback to inform internal teams, helping improve the user experience and optimize products and services.
- Evaluate client support processes, measure results, and contribute to the development of strategies that elevate the client experience.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to execute personalized onboarding strategies, helping clients achieve their goals.
- Lead onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos—highlighting features that directly align with client needs.
- Understand each client’s goals and provide tailored product recommendations to optimize their success.
- Educate clients on setting up and optimizing their websites (primarily using WordPress) to ensure a seamless and effective product adoption.
- Proactively troubleshoot and remove obstacles in the onboarding process—be it product issues, poor implementation, or gaps in client knowledge.
- Drive product adoption and customer retention by fostering strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Assist the customer support team with escalated client issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

A great fit for this position has:
- Experience with Wordpress or other website builders is required
- Prefer associate degree or equivalent experience in web development, design, or customer service.
- Some lite technical or design skills in WordPress development or design, with experience customizing themes, plugins, and managing basic website functionality.
- Project management and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail, quality, and timelines.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and other customer success platforms (ChurnZero or Gainsight a plus).
- Proven track record of driving customer success by optimizing product setups and improving overall user experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing client needs, and stay organized under pressure.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to clients with varying levels of expertise.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with clients effectively.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech-focused industries.
- Experience with client success or project management, particularly in a website or digital services environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot basic website issues or guide clients through simple web development tasks.
- Organized and execution-driven, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Strong initiative with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems independently.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
