TechINT is seeking a qualified highly motivated, easy-going, and innovative Recruiting Assistant to increase the efficiency and proficiency of our recruiting operations. In this role, your duties will include searching resumes, screening candidates, and potentially helping out with HR duties. Ideal candidate will grow with TechINT both in responsibilities, and salary.

Job location is Fredericksburg, VA. and telework.

Job Description

  • Keep job postings up to date.
  • Search for resumes in different databases.
  • Identify qualified candidates and engage them.
  • Update TechINT's recruiting database (adding notes, or important information for candidates engaged)

Minimum Requirements
  • 3 years of experience recruiting in a federal contracting environment.
  • Initiative/self-starter
  • USA citizen
