Job Description
- Performs and manages electronic signals intelligence exploitation activities and functions.
- Operates electronic monitoring, analysis, and related equipment.
- Analyzes, processes, and derives intelligence from electromagnetic transmissions.
- Employs signals exploitation activities ISO various C-UAS efforts.
- Operates electromagnetic receiving and recording systems to monitor, acquire, collect, and exploit electromagnetic transmissions.
- Perform all functional duties independently.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI.
- Requires Military intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.
- Tactical SIGINT or EW Expertise.
- Experience with Strategic level SIGINT Collection.
- Has SIGINT/EW training experience.
- Experience with Fusion Analysis of SIGINT products into All-Source products.
- Experience supporting SOF.
Journeyman
- BA/BS with 3-10yrs experience - Basic requirement or;
- Associates degree plus 4yrs experience to the base 3-10yrs requirement.
- NOTE: Associate Degree plus 4yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
- (No degree) plus 6yrs experience to the base 3-10yrs requirement.
- NOTE: 6yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
Senior
- MA/MS with 10+ years of experience (basic requirement) OR;
- BA/BS plus 8 yrs experience added to the base 10 years' requirement
- NOTE: Bachelors Degree plus 8yrs is the equivalent of a Master’s degree.
- (No degree) plus 12yrs experience to the basic 10yrs requirement.
- NOTE: 12yrs experience is the equivalent of a Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- FSR experience.
- Willing to travel 25% or less.
- Possess some cyber experience and/certs.
- Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) for identified locations using knowledge of current CBT TTPs and availability of commercial technologies.
- Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
- Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
- Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
- Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.
- Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
- Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
- Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
- Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
- Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
