- Experience with design, development, and maintenance for an existing C# application
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Active Secret clearance, with ability to receive and maintain TS/SCI

- Strong object-oriented programming skills using C#
- Strong software engineering skills
- Strong math skills
- Familiarity working with source control, preferably Git
- Ability to design new or implement existing features, algorithms, file formats, etc.
- Ability to work with customers directly and translate their needs into actionable software requirements
- Ability to consult and collaborate with peers and customers alike to best understand requirements and achieve the desired goals
- Ability to document design decisions, requirements, user manuals, technical papers, etc.
- Ability to test, review, and provide constructive criticism on code submitted by peers
- Ability to respond to and apply constructive criticism to own work
- Ability to adhere to an existing code style and properly comment and document new work
- Ability to comprehend existing code and non-destructively update, improve, expand, and adjust behavior
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with additional development languages, particularly C++ or Python
- Visual Studio experience
- Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira
- Previous experience working with and developing modeling and simulation software
- Previous experience developing hardware- or software-in-the-loop applications
- Understanding of electromagnetic environment effects
- Understanding of radio frequency
- Understanding of signal-to-noise ratio
