Job Descriptions
This contract provides a range of systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support services to new concept development, existing programs, and future programs in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) for Tactical Technology Research and Development. To meet these requirements the contractor shall provide the specialized knowledge and skill sets supporting DARPA TTO’s strategic theme area for Tactical Technology Research and Development. DARPA/TTO strongly encourages teaming with other organizations to fulfill these support services requirements. The support broadly encompasses system engineering support services, scientific and technical assistance, subject matter experts, programmatic and financial, administrative, materials, facilities, event coordination, and travel.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess an active SECRET clearance.
- BS degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
- 10 years of experience with the below:
- Knowledge of surface warfare kill chains and the requirements (technical and policy) for the protection of logistics vessels. Ability to engage with Fleet integration and Policy efforts is a plus.
- Understanding phenomenology of various sensors in support of short to medium range kill chains versus small, agile threats in a maritime environment.
- Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of low-cost systems that can be cued to threats for a cost-informed kill chain versus small, agile threats in a maritime environment.
- Knowledge of communications pathways (e.g., Commercial pLEO or DOD) that supports reachback to the ‘supervisor’ at remote watchfloor.
