Position Title: Guest Experience Manager
Location: The Lodge at Blue Sky

As a company focus for 2019 and beyond, Auberge has embarked on a brand-defining program of deepening our “soulful” experiences at each of our one-of-a-kind hotels. The role of Guest Experience Manager will spearhead this effort for The Lodge at Blue Sky.
Programming- devise property annual events calendar that takes into consideration the property Journey Map while planning weekly events and programs that allow guests to experience the unique journey that Blue Sky has to offer.
Working with Human Resource department to create training program that brings the property Journey Map to life for employees
Compiling information from surveys, social media, and Glitch reports to identify areas for service opportunities.
Guest preference, recording data gather from previous stays and inputting into PMS systems and Open Table.
Creating daily rituals for guests and employees
Maintain Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Open table and Unifocus platforms
VIP Guest Research
Assisting marketing team with social media post
Maintain confidentiality and security of specified resort information, correspondence, reports and files.
Participate in and support hotel and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of the Planet Auberge program.
Any additional duties as assigned
Ability to creatively plan/program ideas that bring the property identity to life.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Ability to make smart decisions that support resort operations .
Ability to professionally represent the resort, and interact with guest in a polished, responsible, and timely manner.
Ability to communicate information to operational departments accurately and in a timely manner.
Knowledge of the Lodge at Blue Sky, other Auberge Resorts, and the local area.
Administrative background with hotel experience.
1. We are looking for a candidate with a sense of adventure who regularly enjoys outdoor, nature and adventure activities
2. Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
3. Guest Services experience required, ideally previous experience coordinating events and activities, catering etc.
4. Use of HMS, Unifocus, Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp and Open Table
5. Excellent written and communication skills
6. Social Media posting skills
7. Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
8. College diploma or equivalent, ideally in Marketing or Public Relations
