Our employee dining room attendant is a key member of The Lodge at Blue Sky Team, directly responsible for ensuring that Team meals are a positive, nurturing experience.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Transporting food from the kitchens to the cafeteria
Setting up the stations for hot and cold food, condiments, and beverages
Maintaining serviceware and the cleanliness of the Employee Dining Room
Breaking down the stations after meal time
Cleaning and resetting the service area
Bringing dirty dishes to the dish sink
Restocking dishes, silver, and glassware, as well as supplies.
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
