PM shift Engineer I candidates should be capable of performing all technical and non-technical buildings and grounds repairs. Troubleshooting and/or repairs of all electrically ran motors and devices. Troubleshooting and/or repair of all HVACR systems including, refrigeration devices, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor automotive repairs, organizing and maintaining spare parts inventory, completion of all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. This position is a PM shift starting afternoons and ending at night.
Minimum of five years hands on experience with electrical motors, HVACR systems, and refrigeration systems. Must be familiar with troubleshooting and/or repairs of such.
Experience with power tools use and safety.
Ability to do basic arithmetic.
Ability to follow verbal instruction.
Ability to read and follow directions on warning labels(SDS).
Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture.
Ability to provide legible written communication.
Ability to communicate in English with guests, associates and management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Utah drivers license.
Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably Spanish.
Apprenticeship as electrician or HVACR technician.
Previous resort experience.
