JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overseeing food production. Check for food quality and monitor food storage areas for waste and proper rotation of food. Train kitchen staff for proper food handling, prep, quality, and sanitation.
Assists Executive Chef in menu planning. Help manage inventory and orders. Gives Executive Chef written summary of daily production or problems in the kitchen. Responsible for immediately reporting violations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
One year experience in full service kitchen operation. High school diploma or equivalent.
