Seeking a Test Analyst to support an Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) I project office. Vision Centric Inc. (VCI) is looking for a self-starter with excellent technical skills and hands on experience in system design and testing. Must be familiar with Army Test and Evaluation policy and procedures as documented in AR 73-1.
Principal Responsibilities
•    Establishes, executes and coordinates test and evaluation activity, events, documentation tasks for supporting the Program Office
•    Review, provide comments to, and maintain test documentation to include: System Evaluation   Plans, TEMPs, Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, and test plans.
•    Prepare test documentation IAW AR 73-1, Test and Evaluation Policy and be delivered contract guidelines.
•    Provide recommendations in planning, forecasting costs, coordinating, and executing test events.
•    Prepare test reports that document deficiencies and issues identified in the conduct of test and evaluation events.
•    Evaluate design reviews, audits, and draft quality assurance (QA) reports for T&E programs for the system being acquired. The contractor shall provide assessments of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) during software development.
•    Provide test documentation for test items to the test organizations.
•    Draft and provide a Safety Assessment Report Provide recommendations to ensure that T&E of all systems is planned and conducted to sufficiently stress the systems in representative environments.

Desired Qualifications 
•    Acquisition experience supporting an PM or PEO in a technical capacity
•    Experience testing and evaluating software and satellite communication systems in a desktop, embedded environment or stand-alone environment
•    Experience working with engineers regarding components of the system under test
•    Experience testing systems using various hardware interfaces (i.e. USB, Serial I/O, network control, etc.) 
•    Background in developing test criteria for RF hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) test setups
•    Familiarity with RF components and nomenclature

Required Experience 
•    5 years’ experience performing test and evaluation of complex software/hardware systems 
•    Experience with MS Office supporting presentation, briefing, chart, and other office documentation for an acquisition program
Required Skills
•    Ability to travel up to 50%
•    Familiarity with Lab Testing along with Missile Range experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or relevant technical degree
•    Active Secret Clearance with the eventual ability to obtain a TS/SCI
