Virtuoso Medical Management is a medical management company in Southern California, specializing in medical billing, operations and human resources for medical clinics and surgery centers. With locations in Thousand Oaks and Santa Monica, we are a dynamic and growing interventional Pain Management practice in Southern California. We take an integrative and comprehensive approach to pain management, offering the latest FDA-approved procedures and treatments for chronic pain with the most educated and experienced physicians.

We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of Receptionist with Hospitality background. This position requires a candidate who is motivated, organized, and a team-player with a positive attitude.


• Greet incoming visitors when they arrive

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments

• Maintain calendar for scheduling conference and training room

• Order and distribute supplies

• Receive, sort and distribute mail

• Manage travel arrangements

• Arrange and order company lunches

• Run errands such as pick up lunch, supplies & drop off mail

• Assist in booking events

• Accounts Payable experience (preferred)

• Maintain confidentiality; other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• High School diploma

• Administrative and/or Front Office experience: 1-2 yr minimum

• Hospitality experience preferred

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• PC, Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to multitask & prioritize

• Strong organizational skills

• Positive and friendly disposition

• Works well in a team environment

• Valid CA Driver License and reliable transportation

Hours: Full Time, from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Competitive hourly wage (depending on experience), with benefits.
