Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist             Pain Management & Injury Relief, Thousand Oaks, CA  
Pain Management & Injury Relief (PMIR) was founded in 2003 and is staffed by Pain and Spine Specialists and Anesthesiologists whose mission is to ease suffering associated with chronic pain, and to achieve long-term relief.
Our Digital Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Physician Liaison and external vendors to expand PMIR’s branding, marketing and business development initiatives through social media, email marketing and digital support for company marketing events. This individual will be the point person for the key tools we use to manage our digital marketing. Someone with an aptitude for technology, who enjoys setting up marketing campaigns and optimizing them for continued success will do well in this role.
  • Design digital media campaigns and create content across multiple platforms and avenues (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, video and social media) that align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects and track ROI.
  • Manage email-marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and its integration with AdWords to deliver relevant messaging to prospects
  • Enhance PMIR’s web presence to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
  • Liaise with Physician Liaison to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing/event methods to increase profitability.
  • Reputation management on multiple review platforms. (e.g. Yelp, Healthgrades, Vitals, etc.)
  • Make recommendations and stay up-to-date with digital marketing field developments.
  • Proven work experience within Healthcare/Medical/Wellness Field required.
  • At least 1- 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and its integration with Google AdWords.
  • Experience working with web developer, graphic designer, and content management systems.
  • Self-starter, results driven, and creative thinker with a high degree of initiative.
  • High level of attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Photoshop and/or Illustrator a plus.
  • Experience in HTML a plus.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Entry-level early career (1-3 years) experience in an assistant or coordinator role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
This is not an executive position.
