Role Highlights:

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Tax Manager will:

• Offer top-tier tax advice and strategic planning to diverse clients, helping them meet their financial objectives.
• Engage directly with clients for tax consultations, planning, and query resolution.
• Lead the development of tax-planning strategies and oversee complex tax return preparations.
• Foster an integrated service approach, ensuring seamless client service across different service lines.
• Maintain and enhance tax compliance and accuracy across individual, business, and entity tax returns, adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Stay abreast of tax law changes, conducting research to provide innovative solutions and internal team training.
• Drive the firm's growth through strong client relationships, new business development, and enhancing service offerings.

What We Seek:

• CPA designation with completion of the In-depth tax program.
• Over 7 years of experience in tax advisory post-completion of the In-depth tax program.
• Profound knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, ASPE, and Canadian Taxation.
• Familiarity with CaseWare, CaseView, and other tax preparation/research software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
