Our teams have developed thousands of hours of training products across all modalities and in compliance with SCORM/AICC and Section 508 requirements, with several courses undergoing American Council on Education (ACE) review and earning recommendation for credit at higher learning institutions. Victor 12 supports Lifecycle Maintenance (LCM) efforts and the implementation of leading-edge customer support service desk systems.

- Background Check: All candidates must pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and provide “identity-proofed” verification through authentication of two forms of Government-issued identification.

- Work Hours: Candidates must be available to work according to established East Coast hours in a distraction-free remote environment.
- Foreign Degrees: Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service to confirm equivalency to U.S. standards.
