Nursing Assistant (Ebenezer Road Rock Hill, South Carolina)
Vitality360 of South Carolina, a home care agency, is looking for Nursing Assistants in Rock Hill and Surrounding Counties.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities including serving meals, ambulating, turning and positioning residents, etc.
- Help residents with personal hygiene including mouth care and washing hair.
- Daily medical record documentation and reminders.
- Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering call lights and requests, and reporting observations to the Registered Nurse.
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
