Core Responsibilities
- Ensure guest's dining experience meets or exceeds all Wildflower Farms / Forbes quality and service
- standards from the moment they arrive to the time they sign the check.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times.
- Prep garnishes (lemon and lime wedges and wheels, herbs, garnishes, pickles, olives, etc.); label and date containers. juice citrus, pour into special containers, label and date them.
- Refill ice wells; restock liquor bottles; change out kegs.
- Replenish napkins, toothpicks, ashtrays, snacks and other counter items.
- Maintain a clean area by cleaning counters, glasses and dishes, and stocking stations with fresh cleaning cloths and cleaning solution.
- Comply with Wildflower Farms / Forbes standards in use within the Bar and Restaurant outlets.
- Contribute to improving the F&B sales revenues by being knowledgeable about all menu items.
- Using safe food handling procedures and maintaining a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year of experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry. Experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting is desirable.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and guest-oriented.
- Appearance must be clean and professional with a cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental and operational needs.

- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse issues and collect accurate information and to resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
