As a member of the housekeeping team, you are responsible for providing high-level service for our guests.  You will be a motivated, team player and results oriented, committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
 • Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Cleaning of guest rooms including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal and disposal

Ensures that towels and amenities are replenished
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Cleaning of lobby and common areas
• Perform duties as requested by your supervisor
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and prompt manner
• Follow safe operational procedures in regards to use of chemical materials


Person Specification:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
• Previous experience in housekeeping and customer service is required
 
Functional Skills, Knowledge  
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, including week-ends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Attention to details is a must
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 35 pounds
